How does it work?

Respectfully we need to share the process before you proceed..

Please note; your funeral director may be able to assist and speak with us directly before ashes are collected from the cremitoria. This option allows us to work with your funeral director on your behalf.

1. Order Request

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging its acceptance. We will then dispatch a parcel box, which should be retained and reused for the return of the ashes.

The parcel will contain the following items:

Instruction leaflet – Includes detailed guidance and a pre-paid, pre-printed Royal Mail Tracked return label.

Brown paper zip/click packet – Labeled with your personal order reference details for secure identification.

Wooden spoon – To be used for collecting the ashes (only one spoonful is required).

Brown sticker – Provided to securely reseal the original parcel for its return.

Should you require any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

2. Prepare & Send the ashes

  1. Prepare - take a single heaped spoonful
  2. Decant - the spoonful into your personalised zip/click 'packet'
  3. Seal - ensure you seal the 'packet' by firmly closing the seam.
  4. Send - return the ashes to Everlasting-Love

We offer three convenient ways for you to return the ashes:

Post Office Return – Simply take your parcel to any Post Office counter, where it will be scanned and shipped.

Royal Mail Post Box – Simply place and drop your parcel into any UK Royal Mail Post Box.

Home Collection – We can arrange Royal Mail to collect the parcel from your home address. (Please contact us if you wish to use this option, as it must be arranged separately).
